I loved this anniversary session and think having photos at all your favorite day-to-day places is so special. My favorite part from day (aside from getting to hang with this awesome couple!) was the incredible street art. In Venice, doing a beach session seemed too obvious. So these two opted to capture their bungalow and the street they walk every day to work—it was just perfect! You don’t have to travel far to make the photos special.

A few weeks ago I jumped in the car and traveled south to LA (with an amazing book on tape) for a little bit of work and play! I visited my Aunt, Grandma and Grandpa, fiends from my LA days, had a few photo shoots, walked the visually stimulating streets of Venice, shopped in Santa Monica and ate at some seriously amazing hot spots! (Still craving the baklava croissants form Gjusta! OMG!) But the best part of it all was laughing and hanging with my sister... nothing will ever beat it!
